Poker2Nite is a new poker show on the Fox Sports Network, the host will be Joe Sebok and will reunite him with Scott Huff and Joe Stapleton (together at last). This is a take off of their PokerRoad podcasts and episodes will appear weekly, the first show is tonight but we will have them available online as well. The show is being paid for by UB.net which is the "big new" branding effort from UltimateBet. I for one am very happy with the concept of this show, while I love the poker road podcasts I never have the time to listen to them without being distracted. I would expect that this will be a big improvement over the "Inside Deal" which airs on ESPN and poker players have not warmed up to.
Was surprised, I like Sebok on Pokerroad radio, but on TV looked really stiff, as you say. Relax and enjoy, Scott Huff is was alright, I'm sure I will tune in again.
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I have always thought Huff was very good on PokerRoad Podcasts, that seemed to translate fairly well to television. I thought Joe seemed a bit stiff. All that said this show is infinite compared to Inside Deal.
I would like to see more personality type of stuff.
