The good news is tho that i composed myself after that and still managed to end the session a dollar up after right afer that hand losing about 2$ again.
bah, hate when that happens, maybe a reraise preflop, to a steal raise from the button. Don't really like just calling in that spot. Hard to know where you stand, even harder when the preflop raiser hits a dream flop. Those hidden sets are murder. Happy to hear you composed yourself long enough to show profit.
We don't flame here, just construtive feedback to help you spot these type of situations in the future.
I would have gone broke here. This is a spot where I will raise about half of the time against a button raiser. That was really your only mistake.
Also out the gate you should be being in for less.
Thanks for the positive replies guys i was just really mad at myself there.
Yes i started out by sitting at tables with one dollar and then changing tables when i had like 1.3 but the "problem" was that at Doyle's room all the tables are full all the time so i couldnt switch properly because i would come to a table and it would say you have to buy in at least with that amount because i just came from that table and that's why i sat down at that table with 4 to 'make the big double" but we sure learned from that lol.
