LilBigFish is blogging

Well i decided to make a blog a while back and now i am putting that plan into action!

I desided to make this blog becouse i play better when i know my sessions are going to be revieuwed and obviously to get feedback on my play.

I have been playing poker for about 4 years and proffitable for the last year or so. The last bankroll i built from 50$ reached 800$. I cashed out and went snowboarding. As much as i enjoyed the trip, afterwards i regretted the fact that i didn't have a decent bankroll. A few months later i stumbled on this site and requested the free bankroll on doyles room.

With a bit of help from beanie (much appreciated btw) i reached 315$ about a month ago, yet i managed to let it drop to 50$ in 1 or 2 weeks.

2 days ago i got the right mindset back into my head and started playing winning poker. Currently i am at 79$ now and i plan to keep moving in the right derection.

I mainly play 6max cashgames, double up s&g's,HU s&g's and the occasional MTT.

I will post every session i play in this blog, play full stack poker but leave when i double up (unless there are big stacked fishes at that table).

My goal is to reach a bankroll of 2000$ by the end of 2010. I will not take risks just to make this goal but use it as a motivation.

If i come up with something worth mentioning i will add it later. All questions and remarks are welcome ;)

Todays session: (something seems wrong becouse i played more than 16 hands, didn't start with -4$ and did not fluctuate like crazy in the beginning)

I played 10 2$ HU games and won 8. I played a 2$ double up and lost (KK vs AJ preflop all in, river A. Next hand TT all in vs the same guy holding JJ)

So bankroll is $79, rakeback at $9,11

Trifen22:

nice blog man, but you need to remove some graphs.  your topic laggs like hell and takes ages to load.

anyways, keep up the good work!

Ultimately that is why we moved to players blogs, with a lot of flash in a thread like this it really bogs down the topic.

Yeah, i had a hard time putting him on a hand. I knew he slowplayed very often but would also chase his flush draws for any cost.

I will keep posting updates, just not that often as i intended to do when i started this blog.

And i'm going to switch to using the fresh blog feature.

Great to see you posting and active again. AQ vs AA ouch what a cooler for sure, he slowplayed his AA on you and well most anyone would have put their money in the middle on that hand.

Todays status: $79,27  Rakeback: 18,64

After i made this blog yesterday i played a short session. I got a few beats, made some bad plays and quit with a 66$ bankroll. Today i woke up with a somewhat clear head and started to play some more.

I played 50+ 2$ HU s&g's, a few 2$ double ups (less than 10) and 6max cashgames.

I ended my day with my bankroll back at $79 after more than 3500 hands.

I forgot to mention i have a ticket for the doyles 50k bounty. I won a satelite s&g tuesday last week but i couldn't play that wednesday. I can't play this week either becouse i'll go on a snowboard trip from the 4th till the 7th. So I'll probably play it next week.

Todays cashgame sessions: (As you can see i still make too many bad plays/failed fancy plays)

Something definitely seems wrong with the hands from the first half of this session.  I was looking at xXgunghoXx's hands and his didn't seem to be coming through correctly either.  I'll try to get to the bottom of the issue.
