I'm no expert ofcourse but here it goes :)

I thought you played pretty standard tight aggressive play but at times i thought you were maybe too tight like folding some KQ's and AT's while you were pretty deep and like Beanie mentionned in one of his video's you "would be gambling" with their money while seeing a flop with KQ isnt really a huge gamble imo not even 100bb deep to just one raise.Alltho i thought that might have been because you played SSS before and folded those hands then aswell... For the rest i thought you played very good according to your style.

The switch has been a difficult one I find that playing SSS  and then going BSS I 'am at times far to tight. As well I play 8 tables ATM and fine that its working for me this way. I'm not having as much success as I would like but getting to see a lot of different situations and gaining experience by volume. Its not the best approach I can be exploited easy as you don't always hit flops and need to maintain the aggression, I find with 8 tables I can afford to play the better cards and try to get it all in ahead. Can be frustrating as being tight when you do flop a monster you don't win much as soon as you apply pressure they normally fold. I do use that to my advantage after a while on a table I loosen up and they fold so it can work for me sometimes.

I playing based on Ed Millers Art of Folding video, so I do fold  fold fold.

I have the same opinion as matte86 because if your are 100b deep even if you miss you cna c bet and it take down with hands like kq and suited connectors. The aces hand you played it well, but the 10s with the flush on the table with  out a read on that player i would be careful and fold this hand as he could easily have a flush, would like to hear others opionions about the 10s hand as i would put him on a low flush and did not want to give free cards.
