Good stuff, and great update.

I've not researched it much, but does anyone know how it is that some of the online rooms operate here in the USA and others have (I think) decided that they are not permitted to do this?

I guess FTP, PS, etc. are running unregulated now and potentially in violation of the law?  And they are taking their chances, but there is no enforcement to stop them?

And this new regulation would make it clear that it is okay for the online rooms to operate in the USA?

Yeah, a lot of rooms back away when the UIGEA bill came about.  Partypoker put a stop to it, and a lot of other networks.  Basically just left PS and FTP and Cereus.
