The best way to explain this is to run through the steps I take in completing the bankrolls.  First I take the reports I get from the card rooms and I match them up with your usernames on Bluff.com.  If these do not match, you won't get a free bankroll.  

The biggest reason BY FAR though why people do not get bankrolls is because they complete the play money requirement.  There are no exceptions for this, part of the deal is to try and become a winning player, if you are not downloading Bluffware/PowerTools and making use of the tools you are missing a key element of becoming a winning player.  I don't look at applications that don't do this step.

The second biggest is that people do not fill out their profile at the online poker sites with their name and address information.  We have made this a bit easier by making it part of the form when you sign up at Bluff.com.  If this does not match up you are not eligible.  Once again, no exceptions are made.

I then check the country of origin of the players.  Not all countries are allowed if you are from a country that is not eligible do not waste your time signing up.

I hope this helps clear some things up because we have had a ton of problems with sign ups and processing and people wondering why they have not gotten their bankrolls.  

While the tone of this might seem harsh it has helped a lot of people, many of whom now have bankrolls and are on their way to becoming winning poker players.  I look forward to working with as many people as possible, hopefully this post helps in that regard a bit.
